Marilia La Marca is an Italian architect with over 18 years of international experience across hospitality, commercial, residential, and exhibition design. Educated in Rome—one of the world’s most extraordinary architectural capitals—Marilia developed a design philosophy rooted in timeless beauty, cultural heritage, and practical elegance.

Her career has taken her across Italy, Europe, Africa, Bahrain, Dubai, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. As lead architect for a major resort in Mauritius, she transformed design intent into built reality while collaborating closely with local artisans and manufacturers. In the Gulf region, she deepened her expertise in interior design, project leadership, and business development, leading multidisciplinary teams and partnerships with both public and private investor organizations.

Throughout her journey, Marilia has mastered the ability to solve challenges under pressure—from delivering full exhibition booths in just three days in Amsterdam, to managing complex hospitality sites with precision. Her global perspective, combined with Italian problem-solving instinct, shapes every project she leads.

Today, she heads a powerhouse team of exceptional talents—many of them women—dedicated to crafting seamless guest experiences. Because in hospitality, every detail matters, and every detail shapes a memory.
